Integration Access Guide

Integration Access Guide#

unJaena can provide approved customers with integration documentation for case creation, collector upload, analysis requests, result export, and deletion workflows.

Public documentation intentionally omits exact endpoints, authentication vendors, event schemas, and internal processing details. Versioned integration specifications are provided after contract, permission, and security review.

1. Requesting Access#

To request integration access, contact support@unjaena.com with your organization name, intended use case, expected data types, operating environment, and security contact.

The approval process reviews:

  • Lawful basis and authority to process the data.
  • Account or organization-level access scope.
  • Retention, deletion, and audit requirements.
  • Separation between test and production environments.

2. Supported Integration Areas#

Depending on the approved contract scope, integrations may cover:

  • Case creation and metadata registration.
  • Collector data upload.
  • Forensic analysis, malware analysis, and contract review requests.
  • Analysis status checks and report export.
  • Case deletion and data export requests.

3. Security Principles#

  • Integration credentials are issued with least-privilege scope.
  • Production credentials must not be embedded in source code or client applications.
  • Test and production credentials must remain separate.
  • Suspicious, excessive, or policy-violating requests may be restricted.

4. Troubleshooting and Support#

When reporting an integration issue, include the trace identifier shown in the response or UI, the request time, the intended workflow, and the affected case scope. Do not attach raw evidence files or personal data to email support requests.
